It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the US will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery may attract local tax duty to pay which is administered by the local territory and is out of the hands of Jane Tan Studio.

Withdrawals, cancellations, additional edits, exchanges or returns on digital files or products are not accepted. All sales are final.

We strive to price fairly for our customers. We base artworks on 3 tiers dependent on the artwork's level of detail, hours inputted, or colour options included.
Low: $450
Standard: $550
High: $650
Each additional colour or art layer will have a surcharge of $50.

All of our wallpaper choices are eco-friendly and are made to order. We have a water-free manufacturing and printing process and our inks are eco-friendly. We hold no stock, nor do we produce products beyond need. This means that nothing needs to be burned to keep our brand value.
